Our Return Policy

At AURUMLUXE™ we value our customers as we strive to make your shopping experience secure and enjoyable. Our goal is to help you buy with confidence and enjoy your purchase.

AURUMLUXE™ items purchased through AURUMLUXE.COM are returnable or refundable in accordance with the AURUMLUXE™ Return Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days to AURUMLUXE™ for a refund or store credit. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify, merchandise must be returned in its original purchased condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging and product documentations. Custom designed merchandise, special ordered jewelry or jewelry engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange is offered via store-credit policy. Once the item(s) are returned, following the “Return Policy” guidelines, an AURUMLUXE™ credit will be provided through your online account. If you do not have an account already, you will be asked to create one. Without an account, store-credit cannot be issued.

AURUMLUXE.COM purchases may only be returned via insured FedEx or UPS.

Before sending your return, email us at service@aurumluxe.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please print it and include it with your return package. Return cannot be processed without a RMA number.

Include your packing slip and all original documents with your returned merchandise.

You are responsible for your return shipping cost. (Please note, we only accept returns via UPS or FedEx and we strongly suggest adding insurance to your return package). AURUMLUXE™ is not responsible if the return package is lost in shipping or becomes damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If eligible and approved for a refund, we will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 3 weeks of our receiving your return.


AURUMLUXE™ is not responsible for merchandise that it is not received or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
